Finland is really great place. For starters, Finland is a beautiful country with countless fjords and rivers, forests and plains. They're only 5.2 million people that live in Finland, so there are miles and miles of land with no humans on it to enjoy. And one thing that people in Finland enjoy doing is sports. Sports in Finland have a proud history dating back to the beginnings of Finnish independence. The most popular sport in Finland is a close race between soccer or ice hockey. Another sport called floorball, which is like hockey with a whiffleball is much enjoyed. A version of baseball is also popular. In general, Finnish people prefer individual sports like gymnastics or track and field to team sports. the most well known Finnish runner of all is probably Paavo Nurmi, who won 9 gold medals and 3 silver medals in 8 years. Overall, the active population of Finland enjoys sports a lot, just like in the USA. Go Finland!
